This is a writing score form which was developed using materials from the Six Trait + 1 writing workshops. It should help in providing specific feedback to students in a quick and easy way. It may also be of assistance in designating grades for written work. For example, students who receive mostly 3s, might be considered to be producing C work, 4s might be considered B work and mostly 5s, A work.
