The TRIBES process creates a caring and supportive, community-like environment dedicated to positive expectations and active participation for students and staff. Throughout the process, teachers and staff use collaborative skills and strategies, which ultimately give students a sense of belonging, a sense of value, and a sense of motivation. The program, promoting resilience among many other things, is especially good for international schools because of the need for kids to be resilient when living overseas.
TRIBES is not an “add-on” program; it is at the core of our values. It incorporates sound teaching practices and research, in which strategies are integrated into student lessons.
