Registration and Re-enrollment Dates
DECEMBER 1, 2011 – JANUARY 31, 2012: ONLINE RE-ENROLLMENT
FEBRUARY 1 – 10, 2012: TUITION PAYMENT for students in ES (PK-5TH GRADE)
FEBRUARY 13 – 29, 2012: TUITION PAYMENT for Students in MS & HS (6TH-12TH GRADE)
CMS will not guarantee admittance if payment has not been received on or before the deadline dates.
You may re-enroll your child in 3 easy steps:
HEALTH FORM – To assure CMS community well-being, the CMS Health Office sent a September notification to the families whose student health records needed renewal. These records must be current for any student to re-enroll.
ONLINE RE-ENROLLMENT FORM – During December or January you will use an assigned username and password to login, select family members for re-enrollment, and submit the form. You will receive an automatic email confirmation.
CONTRACT AND PAYMENT – You will then come to the Admissions Office to receive a paper copy of your child’s re-enrollment contract, and you will proceed to the Cashier.
All outstanding obligations must be settled prior to re-enrollment.
Parents need to submit a signed withdrawal form or withdrawal letter to the admissions office in order to have their children’s transcripts or report cards ready for their new school.
