Carol Morgan School partners with MAPSAP, S.R.L. on the delivery of food service on campus. MAPSAP, S.R.L. is a family business oriented towards the administration and operation of institutional food and beverage since 1991, serving high-grade varied products, and complying with the highest standards of hygiene and service.

MAPSAP, S.R.L. is in charge of the Shark Cafe (CMS cafeteria), attending an average of 850 people per day including students, teachers, administrative staff, and parents, with an extensive menu that includes daily lunch specials, breakfast, snacks, and beverages. They offer many gluten-free, vegetarian, and nut-free options, clearly identified in their weekly menus, catering to different nutritional needs.
