Assistant Middle School Principal

Our campus hosts three school divisions (Elementary, Middle, and High School), each one with a Principal, an Assistant Principal, one school counselor for MS and two counselors for ES and HS.

The principals manage all school operations, including daily school activities. They coordinate curricula, oversee teachers and other school staff, and provide a safe and productive learning environment for students. Being a PK-12 school, each division also has their technology facilitator, learning support specialist, and fine arts coordinator.

Greetings to our Carol Morgan School community!

It is my absolute pleasure to have the opportunity to lead the Middle School division as we continue to strive to foster an environment where all students can demonstrate excellence! I had the distinct pleasure of starting my career in education 20 years ago while working in the middle school division here on this very campus, and it has been a dream of mine to return someday to continue to be a part of this wonderful learning community.

Middle school is an important time in a person's life, and our experienced team understands this. The middle school division has educators that bring passion and compassion for learning with and supporting the growth of middle school students. We center our work on the student experience and commit to making decisions that are best for students in all that we do. A center stone in our collaboration is providing opportunities for student voice and choice, which in turn creates student agency. The authentic learning experiences that our educators facilitate are sure to establish skills that will serve our students for years to come.

We are proud to offer a variety of experiences for students both during and after the school day. Middle school students experience a wide assortment of courses during their sixth-grade exploratory classes that range from art, performing arts, and technology. In seventh and eighth grade, students get to choose which exploratory areas they want to engage in deeper learning. After school, we offer a variety of clubs and activities for students to continue in their interests and demonstrate their skill sets. We encourage all students to build connections through our clubs and after-school opportunities.

It is our endeavor to welcome you and your student to the CMS Middle School Division! We look forward to collaborating with you for your student and commit to creating an open dialogue space. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out to our team!
