Head of School Message

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and share my excitement about starting the 2023-2024 school year as the new Head of School at Carol Morgan School (CMS). I feel both honored and fortunate to be joining a school community committed to excellence in all aspects of teaching and learning.  For more than 90 years, this outstanding institution, founded in integrity, continues to be focused on progressive, high-quality learning for its students. The success of each student is our primary goal, which can be achieved through utilizing a variety of teaching modalities, positive collaboration and communication within the community. With that said, I look forward to getting to know each and every student and parent, and I encourage you to introduce yourself during school functions and events—or whenever you have an opportunity to be on campus.

CMS has an incredibly rich history and continues to be an educational leader in the Dominican Republic,  the Caribbean/Latin American region and the world. The community is warm and nurturing, and is proud to adhere to the school’s core values (Connect, Care, Create, Contribute). CMS celebrates local and international cultures, and is truly an inspiring place to teach and learn.

Our highly talented faculty and staff embrace the mission and vision of the school. Our teachers deliver quality instruction and instructive feedback. Using research on best practices, we continue to refine our craft as educators and help students meet their own unique potential. In addition, we cultivate the civic responsibility of which all students are capable. We must use our passion for education as a way to enlighten the young minds we have the pleasure of teaching every single day.
